George joined the business in 2019 as an operative and has progressed through roles as Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Process Engineer, and now Production Manager for Intrastack and InteWall. His background spans hands on manufacturing of timber roof and floor panels, through to leading the production of light-gauge steel systems.

With experience in people management, continuous improvement, and EHS, George is responsible for driving production efficiency while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety across both Intrastack and InteWall operations.
