A Saint-Gobain Low-Wall Infill Solution

Short Wall (Pony Wall)

A low level wall solution. Offering wall heights up to 1.2m.

What is a short wall?

A short wall (or pony wall) is a partial-height wall that does not extend all the way to the ceiling. Instead, it typically rises to about halfway up the room. Our short wall solution has a maximum wall height of 1.2m, but can be lower if required.

Short walls are constructed using the same framing and finishing methods as standard full-height walls, making them a practical and versatile feature for dividing spaces while maintaining an open feel.

Where are they used?

Short walls can be found in many spaces in the home or commercial spaces to create separate areas or provide privacy while maintaining an open feel.

These pony walls can mark subtle changes between floor levels, and along stairways they serve as a safety barrier on upper floors while keeping the space visually open.
